FIVE FROM IOWA CONFERENCE NAMED
TO D3HOOPS.COM ALL-WEST REGION TEAMS

CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA . . . Three men's and two women's Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) basketball players were recently named to their respective D3Hoops.com All-West Region teams.

Central's Miguel Ley (San Antonio, Texas/Judson), the 2009-10 Iowa Conference Men's Basketball MVP, was named to the Men's All-West Region First Team, while teammate Loren Liming (Ames, Iowa/Gilbert) was named to the third team. In addition, Central's Mike Boschee was named West Region Coach of the Year.

On the women’s side, Buena Vista's Margo Muhlbauer (Manilla, Iowa/IKM) was named to the West Region First Team, Simpson's Stacey Schutjer (Titonka, Iowa/Woden-Crystal Lake-Titonka) was named to the second team, and Loras' Lindsay Bava (Downers Grove, Ill./Montini Catholic) was named to the third team.
